Step 1

Intitial Enquiry

Contact our friendly team to get the latest designs, inclusions, and pricing. We will assess your needs and budget, and you are welcome to visit our display homes in Tweed Heads, on the Queensland-NSW border.

Step 4

Quotation & Deposit

Meet with our team (in-person or virtually) to finalise plans, choose colours, and select finishes. We will then provide a formal quote.

Step 7

Manufacturing Phase Initiation

We begin manufacturing your modular home, providing regular updates and photos of the process.

Step 2

Site Inspection & Client Needs

After selecting a design, and budget, our team will conduct thorough site research to ensure integration and compliance with council regulations.

Step 5

Document Signing

Issue of the purchase agreement and final specifications. The deposit balance is due to proceed minus the preliminary work costs.

Step 8

Final Completion

Delivery is arranged of your completed modular home to your site,and on site works are engaged if needed.

Step 3

Elimination Process

With the site research complete, a deposit is required for preliminary work. This includes soil reports, surveys, site maps, site inspection and liasing with a town planner. This deposit will be deducted from your final build cost.

Step 6

Council Approval Preparation

Our building designers will refine the design and plans, along with the engineering detail being built for submission to the town planner or local certifier for final approval.

Step 9

Enjoy New Modular Home

Congratulations, your home is now ready for you to enjoy!
